This Project must be located in LAS VEGAS To provide a decent, safe, and affordable housing solutions to people of modest means. strategically, as a designers we looked at our environmental footprint and identified five major components to address: how we use natural resources such as water, trees, and electricity; how we approach modeling, and retrofitting; how we handle our waste. So sustainability, flexibility, simplicity and green architecture is our main goals. our main scope in this project was the design and the visualization after the completion of the design development phase.

In this project we worked with Revit as the B.I.M tool. As for the visualization I used Lumion 11  and P.S.
